Order Wait Times
- Scent Articles - 6 Months
- when a set of wood or metal scent articles are ordered separately, I work them into my current orders when I’m working on the wood and metal scent articles.
- Dumbbells - 4-6 weeks
- Collars - 2 to 4 weeks
- Prong Collars - prong Collars will ship out directly.
All items on the same order will be shipped together. Longest Wait time applies.
Scent Article Orders
- All orders are custom made for each customer.
- The Current Wait Time is determined by your choices and the number of customers on the list.
- After payment is received, Materials will be ordered and cut for assembly.
- There is a $50.00 fee for any changes to an order after payment is received.
- No refunds will be issued past 7 days after payment is received. (A 3% service charge will be deducted from each refund to cover charges incurred on my end.)
